Product description:

UPE is not easy to process, has good wear resistance, good self-lubricating properties, stable chemical properties, and good anti-aging properties.

According to the molecular weight, UPE can be divided into 3 million molecular weight, 5 million molecular weight and 9 million molecular weight grades.

Characteristic:

• Good abrasion resistance, 4 times higher than nylon 66 and PTFE

• High impact strength, 5 times that of ABS; and can maintain high toughness at liquid nitrogen temperature (-196℃);

• Low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating property equivalent to PTFE;

• Good anti-adhesion ability, second only to PTFE;

• Good shock energy absorption value and good noise reduction effect;

• Chemical resistance;

• Food grade, can come into contact with food and medicine;

• Electrical insulation and dielectric properties;

• Good resistance to high energy radiation (gamma- and X-rays);

• Low water absorption and light weight.

Shortcoming:

    • Low hardness and stiffness;

    • low tensile strength;

    • High expansion rate and unstable size.

Application range:

     Food machinery: rollers, cutters, screws, wear-resistant plates, guide rails;

      Food machinery: screw, bottle guide plate, bottle clamp, dial;

      Mining: barrels, conveyor belt wear plates, anti-stick lining;

      Chemical industry: acid pump, filter plate, worm gear, bearing;
